Even tho I don’t have the equipment to build an iPhone app yet, I’ve already been studying a lot on the subject. Looks like im going to have to re-learn JavaScript, C/C++, and Java.
But while I’m refreshing my mind on all these things, I need to figure out what I want to build. By the time I get a Mac, I want to be able to start building my app right away. That means not only do I need to be freshened up on coding languages, but I also need to know what i’m building. I think that’s going to be harder than relearning everything. I don’t know what I want to build. I know I want to start small first and just do something simple that’ll get accepted to the app store. I just don’t know what to do. Does anyone have an idea of something simple that would also be helpful for the iPhone.
I’m also thinking that my first app should be free. And then later on, if it kicks off, I could possibly release a “pro” version or something and charge 99 cents for it or something. The free version would have apps of course.
I also need to come up with a name for not only the app, but for my “company.” Which won’t be a company at all (for now) but very well could be later on.
If anyone has any kind of advice, suggestions, or anything, feel free to post about it here. It would help out a lot!
